Chestnut Grove was an amazing project. We came across this project several years ago. The kids, and Dad, were really excited about the INDOOR POOL. Obviously, I had no prior experience with an INDOOR POOL. I learned quite a bit about humidity and the need for a sufficient dectron dehumidifier. I now know what it takes to successfully have one.

This house was 15,000 sq feet under roof. 10k sq feet in the living area and almost every square foot needed to be renovated.
